Intellectual Property/Trademarks

Our corporate logo is an important part of our brand. It represents our identity and is a valuable piece of intellectual property.

Letting other companies use our logo can give the impression that we favor or endorse them. In some situations, it can even mean we have legal liability.

So we're very careful with its use.

Before using our corporate logo on any of your content, please make sure that the following guidelines are being met.

Third parties may only use the logo without a license only under the following limited circumstances:

In advertising, marketing collateral, or a website that references your connection with DGW (e.g., the material states that you are an authorized distributor or reseller of DGW products or services) provided that the area in which the DGW logo is used includes the corporate logo of at least 1 other company with which you have a similar relationship.
In an area of a website, advertising, or marketing collateral exclusively dedicated to the sale of DGW products and/or services, and in such a manner that associates licensed DGW software/product with the DGW logo.
In displaying a collaboration with an NGO/Non-profit Organisations.

Usage on Wikimedia projects:

The Dinclix GroundWorks logo can be used by the Wikimedia Foundation and/or it's subsidiaries or related projects (ex: Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia etc.) with an affiliation of public domain.

Partner Logo Guidelines

DGW partner logos are also incorporated with the same guidelines our corporate logo follows.

Usage on Wikimedia projects:

The Dinclix GroundWorks partner logos can be used by the Wikimedia Foundation and/or it's subsidiaries or related projects (ex: Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia etc.) with an affiliation of public domain.

The above images contain Aphelion "colored" and "solid colored" logos, please note that the black background color can be replaced by any solid color/gradient/pattern/image.
